Curious about cupping or scraping? Join us for a short lesson and demonstration from two LMTs during our mid-ride activity break. Tools will be available, but feel free to bring your own. Outside the Lines is a community-centered ride for folks who identify "outside the lines" — those who don't always feel like they belong. Bring your whole self, whether that's silly and social, quiet and reflective, or somewhere in between. We practice consent, follow the Shift2Bikes Code of Conduct, ride at a social pace, and do our best to ensure no one gets left behind. Expect loop routes, good company, a mid-ride activity, and a stop with food, drinks, and clean restrooms. Presented by Ride Safe PDX. We're working to make the Portland bike community safer, more welcoming, and more inclusive.
