For those who love to ride....here is a yoga class just for cyclists. Learn tips and tools on stretching and body mechanics while riding. We will cover a ten minute warm-up and cool-down sequence to begin and end a ride. Come explore ideas for bring important counter poses into your home practice or for a really good stretch.
