Ride length: 8-15 miles
The 2nd annual pizza week ride, a ride to celebrate the best week of the year! This ride includes 6 veggie and vegan pizza week stops (some of the stops you can pick either veggie or meat). Ride will be about 10-11 miles long and will be a loop. As noted below, we will not be staying at the start point long because we will come back and a lot of us plan to have that slice at the end since boxcar stays open until 10. The veggie pizza spots are very spread out this year for pizza week, so there will be long-ride section between stop 3 and 4. This will help us build our appetite! And you are always welcome to peel off for other slices, this is just the route we are going to do! Pace will be brisk. Planned and optional stops on our route are listed below, we may or may not stop at them officially, but you are welcome to split off and go to one of them or another and loop back up with us! Bring your pizza scissors to split slices with friends! 1. Boxcar pizza (Vegan. we will start and end here. If you are running short on time or dont want to eat a super heavy slice before biking, we recommend waiting to grab a slice from them until the end.) 1.5 Original Dream Pizza (optional stop for meat eaters) 2. East Glisan Pizza Lounge (Vegetarian and heated rivalry themed) 3.25Pizza Machine (now optional, because it doesn't look that good Vegetarian) 3.5 Atlas on division (optional meat stop for meat eaters) 4.
