Join the Oregon Citizens’ Utility Board for a relaxed pace, educational tour about Portland’s electric grid and why your rates have gone up, and what we can do about it! The bike ride starts on the SW waterfront and we’ll ride through the Lloyd district talking about what generation, transmission and distribution is, what a better grid could look like and what tools we have available to combat rate increases.
