'til the last red balloon is popped and the winner is carried off by all the other balloons of the city
meet at the lippman company at NOON. tie a red balloon to yr bike. ride around on the esplanade and water front between the hawthorne and steel bridges. steal, pop,wheel and deal yr way to be the last kid with the last red balloon. winner receives a red balloon. berets and turtlenecks optional. rain or shine.
