    Dress Nice. Bring Champagne. Pants, as always, are optional. Ride through the streets of Portland wearing your finest clothes and drinking the finest beverage known to man, or at least some approximation thereof. There will be a bar stop. Ladies and gentlemen pay in cash. So will we. This will not be a difficult ride. We will be ending the ride at Colonel Summers Park in time to meet up with the Dropouts prom. You'll already be dressed for it. n.b. Seriously, bring a bottle of bubbly. "Brut," unless you like drinking sugar water.
