The downgrade portland ride will tour Portland roads and bike facilities that are "not-platinum". The ride will finish by circling city hall where we will protest dangerous arterials, bike infrastructure stagnation, the mountain biking trail desert, missing bridge links, unsafe greenways, and bike share vaporware. Signs and noise encouraged. BikeLoudPDX and Bike PSU members are speaking at City Council at 9:30 am on the same day. We could use your support.
